The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want the MerryHaus countdown to be the best part of your December. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a return and a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email merryhaussupport@gmail.com (or use our Contact page) within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to.
- Once we receive the return, we'll confirm and issue your refund.
Damaged, defective or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, email merryhaussupport@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the funds.
Late or missing refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at merryhaussupport@gmail.com.
